The Older Adult Learning Community is open to people of all ages and requires no specific educational background. Membership is only $45 per session with sessions for Winter/Spring, Summer and Fall. This fee allows students to enroll in an unlimited number of courses. Courses offered each semester are selected by a membership curriculum committee from suggestions submitted by our members.
Where applicable and noted within course descriptions, a modest fee for course materials may be charged. All courses and activities are held during daylight hours. Qualified volunteers who are proficient in their chosen subject provide instruction. Additional Community Lifelong Learning Activities and programs are offered at both the Monroe County Loder Center and the Western Pocono Community Library.
